Check out these upcoming events sponsored by the Friends of the Salisbury Public Library.

On Tuesday, August 24th our annual Glow Golf Tournament* will take place at Captn's Corner.

Saturday, October 16th and Sunday, October 17th our third annual Book and Bake Sale will be held at the Hilton Center in Salisbury.

Donations to the Salisbury Library's 4th Annual Book Sale

In preparation for their book sale in October, the Friends of the Salisbury Public Library are collecting gently used books, CD's, and DVD's.

Materials may be left at the library during business hours:
M-W-Th: 10-6
Tues: 12-8

Monthly Library Book Discussion Club

The club, open to all, will meet each month for a discussion of a selected title. The library will make available extra copies of the book being featured that month. Participation in the club is free, and no registration is needed.

The next book group is Monday, August 30th @ 6:00, at the Salisbury Public Library. The book is Orange Is The New Black by Piper Keman. Copies are available at the front desk.

The club is being sponsored by the Friends of the Salisbury Public Library. For more information, call 978-465-5071.

Who are the Friends of the Salisbury Public Library?

We are an incorporated non-profit organization of interested library users from Salisbury and the surrounding area. Our group was founded in 1970 to support and promote the Salisbury Public Library.

We are committed to the library’s mission to provide resources for information, education and recreation.

We work to increase public awareness of the library, its resources and its services.

We fund materials and projects outside the scope of the regular library budget.

Why join?
