Isabella Stewart GardnerMuseum Pass

​The Salisbury Public Library has added the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum pass to our museum pass program. This new pass provides up to 4 adults with a $5 admission per person. Children under 18 are free. This is a savings of up to $15 per person by using this library pass. To reverve the pass visit our Museum Pass page.

How To Place A Request:

There are 2 ways to place a request: Through your online account OR by directly contacting the library via phone or email.

Log into your account via the online catalog to place a hold on desired materials. 
  1. Go to the Salisbury catalog
  2. Log into your account in the top right corner. ​(PIN/Password: Last 4 digits of phone number or library card number)
  3. Search and click “Place Hold”.
  4. When items are ready the library will contact you to pick up.

  1. Library card number
  2. Title, Author, Format (DVD, Audiobook, Large Print, etc.)

With Kanopy, Salisbury Public Library patrons have access to more than 30,000 films, for free!

The popular on-demand film streaming service Kanopy is available for free through the Salisbury Public Library. Salisbury card holders can sign up to start streaming films instantly by visiting kanopy.com/en/salisburylibrary.

Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the Kanopy app for Android or iOS devices, Amazon Fire tablets, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Google TV, Apple TV, Chromecast, Roku, Samsung TV, or Telstra TV.

What's New with Wowbrary

You can now find our latest book and video arrivals by clicking on the Wowbrary logo wherever it appears on our site. Sign-up to receive an email every Wednesday with our newest holdings. 

Find Your Next Title

Want to request titles from the library, but not sure what you're looking for? Here are some helpful sources:
  • Wowbrary: Sign up to receive weekly email notifications about new titles at the SPL.
  • BookPage: They are offering issues online for free (Please note we may not have all of these titles.)
  • Novelist Plus: Use your library card number to log into this database for assistance finding your next title.

  • Study rooms are available for 2 hour sessions. Reservations can be made one week in advance by calling the reference desk. 

Friends Fundraisers

There are many ways that you can support the Friends of the Library with their fundraising efforts.
  • Visit the Book Nook at the library. A wide variety of second hand books is available for purchase.
  • Become a Friends Member.  Your small membership fee supports the many events and activities sponsored by the Friends.
