We know that there’s a lot of information out there and some of it is misleading. We are going to use this page as a resource to provide the citizens of Salisbury with accurate and legitimate sources of information.

How does COVID-19 spread?
Right now it’s thought that COVID-19 spreads from person-to-person contact, between people who are in close contact with each other (within about 6 feet).
What are the symptoms of COVID-19?
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure, and include fever, shortness of breath and cough.
What are the best ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19?
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick, and if you are sick you should stay home if at all possible. Avoid touching your face, and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces regularly. Wear a mask or facecovering when out in public or around people who are not part of your household.
How many cases of COVID-19 are there in the United States?
The CDC is regularly updating their page with information about how many cases have been confirmed. The Massachusetts Board of Health is updating their website with information about confirmed cases in Massachusetts.
